Mr. Elias is an Automotive Master Technician with more than two decades of experience across the automotive and electric vehicle industries. As an expert in vehicle technology, diagnostics, and repair, he inspects automobiles and trucks and evaluates technical concerns, claims, and complex repair issues. He provides consultative guidance on best practices, standard of care, warranty matters, preventive maintenance programs, and service process improvement.

Prior to consulting, Mr. Elias held leadership and senior technical roles as a Shop Manager, Team Leader, and Master/Level 5 Technician within automotive dealerships and EV service organizations. His background includes comprehensive education and hands-on expertise in electric and hybrid vehicles, internal combustion engines, high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, ADAS, steering and suspension, braking systems, transmissions, drivetrains, HVAC systems, and advanced diagnostics.
