Mr. Tostado is a Master Technician and Consultant with over 20 years of automotive experience in advanced vehicle diagnostics, repair, and service operations. As an expert in vehicle technology and repair, he often inspects automobiles, trucks, buses, tractors, and other types of vehicles or machinery and assesses concerns, claims or issues involving them. He also consults on best practices, standard of care, warranty issues, preventative maintenance, or other topics in the field of vehicle service and repair.

Mr. Tostado is educated and trained in automotive technology and repair operations and has completed OEM technical and National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) fixed operations training. Before becoming a consultant, he held progressive positions including Master Technician, Team Leader, Shop Foreman, Service Advisor, and Service Manager. His combination of hands-on diagnostic experience and management oversight provides him with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle repair processes, technician decision-making, and service department operations.

Mr. Tostado has extensive experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of different types of vehicles, including vehicles with internal combustion engine, hybrid, and electric powertrains, as well as commercial and off-road platforms. He has bumper-to-bumper expertise, including in complex electrical and drivability diagnostics, system-level fault analysis, and OEM service and repair procedures.
