Mr. Henderson is a Master Technician with over thirty years of experience in the automotive and truck industries. As one of a small group of vehicle experts who has been awarded the highest designation of World Class Technician by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, he often inspects automobiles, trucks, buses, tractors, and other types of vehicles or machinery and assesses concerns, claims or issues involving them. He consults on best practices, standard of care, preventative maintenance, among other topics in the field of vehicle service and repair.

As a master automotive, medium/heavy truck, and body shop technician, Mr. Henderson has experience and expertise in all aspects of the service and repair industries. He holds nearly thirty individual certifications in areas including engines (gasoline, diesel, CNG), engine performance, hybrid and electric powertrains, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, steering and suspension systems, electrical systems, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), exhaust systems, preventative maintenance, structural analysis and repair, among others. He is a licensed to perform smog, brake and lamp inspections in the state of California.

Before becoming a consultant, Mr. Henderson held positions including lead technician, shop foreman and general manager at automotive repair facilities.
